Account and data deletion
Request account deletion from within SHRD where available, or email support with the subject “SHRD account deletion”. We will verify the request and remove or anonymise account data, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
Remove a photo or video
To request removal of a clip from SHRD and the official SHRD YouTube channel, email support with the post or video link and the email connected to your SHRD account. We will verify ownership and process the request.
Safety reports
Use the reporting controls inside SHRD for inappropriate content, user behaviour or trail information. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service—SHRD is not an emergency response service.
Beta feedback
TestFlight testers can submit a screenshot and comments through the TestFlight feedback controls. Device model, operating-system version and clear reproduction steps help us investigate quickly.
