1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you choose, we may process account information, profile details, device and diagnostic information, bike and component records, ride and route data, approximate or precise location, photos, videos, reviews, safety reports, social connections and communications with support.
2. Location and activity data
Ride recording and navigation require location access. You control whether an activity or trail is private, shared with selected people or groups, or public. We may apply privacy-zone trimming and other protections before publishing route information. You can disable location access in your device settings.
3. Photos, videos and YouTube
If you choose to upload a video clip, SHRD may upload that clip to the official SHRD YouTube channel using YouTube API Services and display it within SHRD. We ask you to confirm that you own the clip or have permission to upload it. Use of this feature is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
SHRD uses the YouTube upload permission only to upload videos that a user deliberately submits. We do not read unrelated videos, subscriptions or viewing history. You can revoke Google access at any time through Google security settings. You may also ask us to remove a submitted clip from SHRD and the SHRD YouTube channel.

5. Services that help us operate SHRD
We use service providers including Apple, Google Firebase, Google Cloud, YouTube API Services and Supabase for functions such as authentication, hosting, notifications, database storage and user-selected media uploads. These providers process information under their own terms and our service arrangements.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with other riders only according to your selected visibility settings, with processors needed to run SHRD, where required by law, or where necessary to protect people and the service.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide SHRD, satisfy legal requirements and resolve disputes. We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted service credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can manage profile, route and location visibility in SHRD. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of personal information, and may object to certain processing. You may delete your account or contact us for help.
9. Children
SHRD is not intended for children under 13. Riders under the applicable digital-consent age should use SHRD only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
